Booking
Please contact us to secure the date you would like us to cater for you. Once the date has been agreed, a deposit is required to secure the booking. The final payment is due on the Monday before the event. Please let us know of any dietary requirements, including allergies, when booking.
Before the day
As soon as the menus are ready, they will be sent to you to choose from. Menus are created monthly after consulting suppliers and growers to determine the best seasonal produce available.
We will look to finalise the following details the week before:
The time you would like to eat.
Final numbers.
Full address.
Confirm dietary requirements and allergies.
On the day
We will look to arrive 1 hour before you would like to eat to set up and finish preparations.
We will bring all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
We do not bring glasses, table cloths or napkins.
All that is required is an oven and stove top and clear work surfaces.
Menus are written each month to reflect the seasons and the best local produce available
